ADOPTION PENDING


Bridgette is a bright eyed, inquisitive little beagle. She checks things out at first and can be a bit hesitant with new people and places, but her curiosity gets the better of her and the nose just has to get nosey. Bridgette seems very comfortable with other dogs and will romp like crazy even with dogs much bigger than her. Unfortunately she has just been treated for heartworms, so no romping for her for a while. She does fine in her crate and on leash she is about as good as any beagle. At least she's only 16 lb pulling you towards that interesting scent two feet away. She is one of those females who marks outside, but she has done very well in her foster home with no accidents in the house. Bridgette does take longer to warm up to people than dogs, and she can be very submissive when you approach her. She knows her name and will come and look at you questioningly when you call her but may not come right up to you. Bridgette is a lovely little beagle girl and we are sure looking forward to not having to limit her spunk!
